Amicable staff, extremely spacious room, located short distance from a port. Nothing to complain about, would come there again.

It was perfect in general: spotless room, stunning location just off the KTEL bus station and the Harbour restaurants and old town market and restaurants. We stayed 4 nights; would still consider staying here again.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the lively atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Maria, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Additionally, the free wifi was a great perk, allowing us to stay connected throughout our Christmas holiday.

There were a few aspects that we were not pleased with during our stay. the noise level in the area was extremely high, especially during the night.

All in all it had very good location and staff. Had a such great stay for a night; did not want to leave😃

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious room for four people and a very comfortable bed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff, including the hotel owner and the cleaning lady, were friendly and responsive. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was excellent, and we were able to leave our items in the free room without any worries.

The location was perfect, close enough to the center of the city to enjoy the nightlife but far enough to avoid any disturbances. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

Difficult to manage stairs with luggage.

The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the Central Market and just in front of the old town area. You can easily walk to all the beautiful venues in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, making sure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, the hotel offers free WiFi and hot water, with the option of air conditioning.

Some guests mentioned that the air conditioning system was sensitive to any wind or open doors, causing it to turn off in the middle of the night.
